Plot summary

Becky and her family are often in a rush – even more so with unpacking after their move into a new neighborhood and trying to prepare for the holidays. They have had little time to speak with their kind, elderly (but somewhat lonely) neighbor Grace who lives across the street and is always trying to start conversation. When Becky discovers that none of Grace’s grown children will be home for Christmas, Becky invites Grace to join her family for Christmas Eve.
